Absolute scenes in the 2024 Cultural Cup Inter-House Quiz Final, where the Shrewsbury team of Dan, Jack and Aidan turned around a mid-game deficit to overhaul the (until then) dominant Heywood team. Shrewsbury were in last place behind Meynell and Heywood at the half-way stage of the final, before stealing a bonus point to cut the gap and then gambling on a harder question to get additional points and draw level with the leaders. They edged to a one-point lead in the penultimate round, before Heywood levelled the scores, leaving Shrewsbury needing to get their final question right to win the match - which they did, to assorted cheers and groans.

The stunning win leaves Shrewsbury in 2nd place behind Philips in the overall Cultural Cup standings so far this year, but with plenty more cultural fun to come...
